From Granbury, Texas. I graduated from The Culinary School of Fort Worth in 2018 with honors. After working in fine dining restaurants in the DFW area, including the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, I went to Barcelona Spain to intern at a 3 Michelin star restaurant Cocina Hermanos Torres, under Sergio and Javier Torres. My cuisine is inspired by my travels. Cooking is more of an art form than simply a manual task, my own family experiences in our home and while traveling have taught me that food is a bonding way of bringing people from all walks of life together. After enjoying a simple and delicious quiche at a lovely cafe in Paris, and a bowl of soup near Loch Lomond, Scotland, I was reminded that a simple memorable meal are made of quality ingredients.
